DIY Art Muse Application — Google Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

This policy applies to the DIY Art Muse application, the private advertising reporting and keyword research tool operated for DIY Art Muse, THE STEEL and ViViGleam. It describes the handling of Google user data by this application. The store's separate shopping privacy policy continues to apply to purchases and shopping activity.

Google data the application accesses

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate the authorized connection, retrieve reports, compare performance, research keywords, produce the operator's requested analysis and support explicitly authorized account operations. Data from separate stores remains attributed to its source account. Access is limited to resources the operator is entitled to use.

Storage and protection

Google requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. The operator's local application stores persistent authorization secrets in encrypted form and limits access to authorized tools and users. Reports and operational records are stored in the operator's controlled work environment. Authorization secrets are not included in public pages or reporting outputs.

Sharing and assisted analysis

The application does not sell Google user data or provide it to data brokers. Its data retrieval commands save results in the operator's controlled local environment and do not call an AI service. The operator may separately request processing by selected reporting, storage or AI-assisted analysis services solely to provide the requested application function. Such a transfer requires the operator's authorization, is limited to the information needed for that function, and excludes authorization secrets from report content.

The application itself does not train AI or machine-learning models. Before Google user data is sent to an optional processing service, its data-use and retention terms and available controls must be checked for consistency with Google's applicable Limited Use requirements. Google user data must not be transferred for training generalized AI or machine-learning models, and Google Workspace API data must not be used to develop, improve or train non-personalized models. A service whose terms do not meet these conditions must not receive the data. This is a restriction on this application's use of services, not a claim that every AI provider offers the same terms.

Retention and deletion

Authorization credentials are retained while the connection is needed. Task-managed temporary exports used for transfer or validation are removed after the task and its downstream checks are complete. Final reports and operational records explicitly retained by the operator can be kept long term for reporting, reconciliation or applicable record-keeping obligations; they do not have a fixed automatic deletion deadline. The operator reviews and removes these retained copies manually or in response to a deletion request, except for records that must be retained for applicable obligations.

Requests to delete application-held data or disconnect an account can be sent to the support address below. Copies deliberately transferred to an authorized processing service are subject to that service's retention and deletion terms, which must be checked before the transfer; deleting a local report does not automatically delete a service's copy. The operator will identify relevant copies and use the service's available deletion process when handling a request.

Your control

You can revoke the application's Google access at any time in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval but does not itself delete reports already held by the application. Contact us to request deletion of those copies.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The DIY Art Muse application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
